How often should my business post to Social Media?

The most important thing to remember is that you have to post regularly. Don’t just publish one post and then disappear for the next three months. You need to post on a consistent basis, at least once per week or more. You can even post several times per week, as long as you don’t over-do it. You can spread out your posts throughout the day if you have time to do so, but you have to post on a regular basis and keep content on your site up to date. If you’re not willing to do that, then you are wasting your time and should just start a personal blog instead.
